About this apprenticeship
Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to lead high-quality adult care services and inspire teams to deliver exceptional person-centred care. Suitable for aspiring and existing managers, the programme equips learners with the leadership, operational and strategic skills needed to manage services, support workforce development and improve outcomes for individuals accessing care and support.
Apprentices learn how to lead teams, manage resources, ensure regulatory compliance, embed safeguarding practices and develop a positive values-based culture that promotes dignity, inclusion and wellbeing. The apprenticeship is suitable across residential care, domiciliary care, supported living, community services and other adult care settings.

What you achieve
Upon successful completion of the Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship, learners will achieve a nationally recognised qualification demonstrating their ability to lead adult care services, manage teams effectively and drive positive outcomes for people accessing care and support.
