Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. We work closely with learners, employers and partners to promote wellbeing, protect individuals from harm, and create a culture of respect, safety and inclusion.

What is Safeguarding?

Safeguarding is about protecting people's health, wellbeing, and right to learn and work in a safe environment.

This includes:

Protecting individuals from abuse, neglect and exploitation

Promoting mental health and wellbeing

Preventing bullying, harassment and discrimination

Safeguarding against radicalisation and extremism

Creating safe and inclusive learning environments

Support for Employers

We work with employers to ensure apprentices and learners are supported both in the workplace and throughout their training programme.

Our team can provide guidance on safeguarding responsibilities, learner welfare and reporting concerns.

Support for Learners

If you have concerns about your wellbeing, safety, or the safety of someone else, we encourage you to speak to a member of our team.

Support is available for a range of issues including:

- Mental health and wellbeing
- Bullying or harassment
- Online safety
- Domestic abuse
- Financial or personal difficulties
- Equality and inclusion concerns

Prevent and British Values

As a training provider, we are committed to promoting British Values and fulfilling our Prevent Duty responsibilities. We actively promote: Democracy The Rule of Law Individual Liberty Mutual Respect Tolerance and Respect for Different Faiths and Beliefs We encourage learners to develop the knowledge and confidence to recognise and challenge extremism, radicalisation and harmful behaviours.
