About this apprenticeship
Develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while providing guidance, supervision and leadership to others. Suitable for experienced care professionals looking to progress their careers, the programme supports learners to take greater responsibility for care delivery, team performance and service quality.
Apprentices learn how to lead frontline care, support individuals to live independently and safely, contribute to care planning, promote wellbeing and champion safeguarding, dignity and inclusion. The apprenticeship is suitable across residential care, domiciliary care, supported living, community services and healthcare environments.

What you achieve
Upon successful completion of the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship, learners will demonstrate occupational competence in delivering person-centred care, supporting positive outcomes and providing frontline leadership within adult care settings.
