The starting point


When Jerzei began her apprenticeship, she was facing challenges that extended beyond the workplace. Struggling with low self-esteem and personal difficulties, she often doubted her own abilities. Although committed to her role in adult care, confidence was a significant barrier to reaching her full potential.

The turning point


After requesting a transfer to our Skills Coach Ann Jones' caseload, Jerzei embarked on a new chapter in her learning journey. Together, they focused on creating a supportive, encouraging environment where she could develop both professionally and personally.

The result


By the end, Jerzei had not only achieved her Level 3 qualification but developed a much deeper understanding of her role — and, more importantly, emerged as a more confident individual who recognised her own strengths. Her dedication showed in her End-Point Assessment, where she achieved an overall grade of Merit.
