Level 3 Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship

Equip your staff with the skills and confidence to support, engage and inspire young people aged 11–25. This government-funded Level 3 apprenticeship is designed to build communication, safeguarding, and mentoring expertise in your team—ensuring they can make a measurable impact in youth services.

  • Level 3 Apprenticeship (equivalent to two A Levels)
  • Duration: 18 months (plus 3 months for End Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Start Dates: Rolling monthly intake
  • Funding: 100% fully funded through the Apprenticeship Levy or Levy Transfer
  • Delivery: Blended learning (online study + face-to-face observations as needed)
  • Assessment: Ongoing evaluations, workplace observations, and final EPA
