Leadership and Management

For Leadership and Management apprenticeships and qualifications, eTraining offer two options; standalone apprenticeships or eTraining have partnered with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and can offer all levels of Leadership and Management with the relevant CMI qualification. eTraining understand good managers are an integral part to the success of any business or organisation. No matter what level apprenticeship is required, eTraining will ensure that the modules chosen to make up the qualification are targeted both at the business and the learner so that completion of the course is practical and has a real impact on the performance of the company.  We will work with line management to ensure that any project work is relevant to a needed change or development strategy of the organisation maximising the usefulness of the time spent training.

A Leadership and Management Apprenticeship will help the learner gain skills that will be transferable and valuable across a range of sectors and job roles.

Along with all of the above if you choose this option you will also receive a CMI qualification.

Those who undertake an apprenticeship can expect to develop all aspects of their management and leadership skills in line with CMI’s broader competency framework.
