We have recently partnered up with The King’s Trust and are looking for healthcare (NHS and ICS/ICB), social care, and third-sector organisations in Coventry and Newcastle to provide job opportunities for 16–30 year olds, helping to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
While the programme is tailored to these sectors, it is open to any organisation that can demonstrate they can work within the health sector.
Support young people (16-30) throughout their journey to and into employment by, equipping them with the confidence and skills needed to secure and succeed in entry-level roles, whether clinical or non-clinical.
Offer guaranteed interviews for roles, including permanent, bank, fixed term (12+ months), apprenticeships, and both full-time and part-time positions.
Provide continuous support to help young people stay employed ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.
We’re here to help employers get started with apprenticeships, in terms of workforce development and organisation efficiencies to support business growth.
We’ll support employers by sharing best practice and networking opportunities.
